Directions for use of Uncommon Knowledge Ltd Home Study Courses - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Training is provided on the understanding that trainees take responsibility for their own qualifications in the territory where they practice. Completion of a course does not constitute a qualification to practice the skills taught.

The Site lists and describes Home Study Courses which may be purchased online by following the simple instructions on the Site. Your purchase of any Home Study Courses from the Site are subject to confirmation by us and governed by these terms and any other conditions specified on the Site or in emails or other product information from us at the time of purchase.
Included in the Home Study Courses there may be recorded hypnosis sessions. When listening to these hypnosis sessions, you must be in a place where you can safely relax and sleep. Never listen to hypnosis sessions whilst driving or operating machinery.

We reserve the right to suspend the Site at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We may terminate your use of the Site with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms. If you find that the Home Study Courses do not achieve what you wanted, contact us to let us know within 90 days from the date of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. This guarantee is restricted to one order per customer, although this may be waived at management discretion for customers with an established order history of non-refunded purchases over a period of 6 months or longer.
Any physical materials included with the Home Study Courses such as course workbook, CDs, DVDs, and so on must be returned to us, in their original condition, before a full refund can be issued.
On receipt by us of the physical course materials, our customer service team will normally deal with your refund request within 24 hours.
Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we do not guarantee that the Site will be suitable for your purposes and requirements. The card security code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on your debit/credit card. The number is not embossed on the card so that it cannot be printed on receipts - making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know it.
Some cards, many UK-issued cards for example, have a three-digit number printed at the top of the signature strip on the reverse of the card.
