UPTV swiftly moves psychotherapy from the “world of theory” to the practical and real one. Watching Mark conducting a session is incredibly useful and so much can be learned without conscious effort, just by observing someone else’s performance, their demeanour, the guided imagery employed, the reframing, the use of an appropriate sense of humour. These are all essential tools we need to be able to access, so each of us can benefit enormously from being an invisible spectator in the room with Mark.
