This podcast is the narrated version of my article The Dark Side of Your Emotional Needs – Mind and Body.

The connection between the body and mind mean mental and physical health cannot be disentangled, especially with it comes to meeting our Primal Human Needs.

In this episode I talk about:

  • What do you say to the Devil when you meet him in the subway?
  • Not to sleep perchance to dream
  • Our amazing intertwinement
  • Consider: what your relationships are with?
  • Intolerable side effects
  • Listen and you will hear
  • Human beings are not robots
