Some years ago, Lyndsay, our Performance Manager, worked for the Body Shop in their factory in Littlehampton.

Inspired by this, we stole it and now every employee gets £100 a year to learn something completely new. It can be anything as long as it’s not job related and you haven’t done it before.
Things employees have used it for include Improv Training, Cartooning and Dressmaking.
Surfing, sculpting, sofa stuffing. You name it, you can LOVE it.
