Finding the UPTV an extremely valuable resource, which confirms or elaborates the finer skills required working with clients, so thank you for sharing.

Just to confirm, I work with bereaved clients who once you have completed a couple of sessions, it becomes clear that it’s not always the bereavement that’s the reason they need help.

Hoarding, finance, a feeling of loneliness, or family rift are the reasons a person needs help. Once you can offer support to them in these areas the client starts to live again and the bereavement starts to come to the surface. A feeling of moving forward and seeing life again becomes possible. Adapting, changing to the client’s needs is necessary if a person is to be helped. Using various skills and techniques is a requirement for any counsellor and therefore utilizing the various training you supply becomes a place which is a one-stop shop (so to speak) for many people working with clients with various needs.

I have, over the years, used many of your training programs in a sort of mix and match to help my clients. So, one way does not fit all. Adaption is the key, which you supply with great ease of learning.

So, thank you for your ongoing support which has helped hundreds of my clients and potentially thousands who may never have received the help they so greatly needed and have received.
