Ah – the rewind. One of the most powerful tools in the box and invaluable for dealing with phobias and trauma. Used in conjunction with scaling it never ceases to amaze me when I ask the client (who had scaled at a 9 or 10 beforehand) to rescale after using the rewind – most often there is a pause while they search deep inside to where that old fear was before admitting that they just can’t locate it because it’s gone. And the real beauty of the rewind is that it’s so effective so quickly.
