

Delivery information & Returns
You will receive a confirmation email soon after your order is placed. Your products will be suitably packaged before being mailed out.
However, if your goods arrive damaged or if you are not happy with your order please email Emily or phone Emily or Karen on +44 (0)1273 776770.
We will thoroughly investigate your query and ensure that you are refunded or credited with any money owing to you. If you are not happy with the products we have sent, then you can return them within 90 days, without giving us a reason. You will be refunded within 7 days of our receiving your return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
This can be organised through the phone number or e-mail as detailed above. To keep the cost to you as low as possible, deliveries in the UK will be via the Royal Mail. This means that the parcel is likely to be delivered with the rest of your post. If you are out when it is delivered and the parcel does not fit through your letterbox, you will be left a card asking you to collect the parcel from your local sorting office. This is likely to be much closer than the nearest depot of a national carrier.
